About Dignity Equine Cremations

Dignity Pet Crematorium was originally founded by Barry & Carole Spurgeon in 1992 and is now run by their son Kevin and a dedicated team of animal lovers. One of the principals we're passionate about is helping you make an informed decision to ensure your beloved companion receives the respectful send-off you want.

Dignity Equine Cremations was created based on the same ethics and lack of compromise. Our intention is to give you complete peace of mind and we will do whatever we can to make an immensely difficult loss a little easier to cope with.
Kevin has teamed up with long term friend and fellow animal lover Adrian House (known to everyone as Housy) to provide larger family members with the same level of care as our smaller pets.

Adrian is known for his straight forward approach and genuinely caring nature. Over the years he's had many family pets. At present rescue dog George, a Bichon Frise cross, can be found with his dad 99% of the time; often riding beside him in his truck; accompanying Adrian wherever he goes!

When you need our service the initial arrangements will be made over the phone with one of our experienced Dignity team members who will pass your details to Adrian to attend and look after your horse or pony. Subject to your wishes Adrian will contact you with an estimated arrival time. He will also offer you the opportunity to say a final goodbye once they're safely laying in our Equine Trailer, which is fully lit inside.

We're here to guarantee you get the service you want and can promise that we will look after your horse or pony and ensure they're cared for on their own at all times and that you receive only their ashes back after individual cremation.

If you would like to talk through our service just get in touch with us via phone or email.

Kind regards

Kevin, Adrian & the Dignity team
I would highly recommend Dignity pet crematoriums equine service. The compassion shown by Giles throughout the collection of our pony, Harvey, made a very difficult day that little bit easier. He was so understanding, kind and patient giving us as much time as we needed to say goodbye.
